The cuisinart gridder that I just purchased about three months ago is amazing.  My boyfriend and I use it for almost everything.  It does a great job when we are grilling chicken, making steak, pancakes, and everything else.  It cooks the meat very even which we were having such a difficult time getting it to do when we baked it in the oven.  There are also detachable plates ( flat plate and the grill plate)  it makes cleaning up very easy.  All you really need to do is detach it from the gridder and place it in the dishwasher.  It is also non-stick, so it is such a lifesaver for us not...
