Wish I hadn't listened to the salesman and purchased this-- such a letdown from my previous experience with a Kitchenaid dishwasher.   Have had this serviced twice --- thank goodness I bought and extended warranty from the store, however it runs out next year.   Also LG has had to sent out a replacement rack for the bottom and top racks due to parts breaking and replacement clips for the bottom rack to hold the adjustable tines in place.   The drying cycle doesn't do a very good job as most items in the top rack need to go in my countertop drying rack to air dry or some silverware, bowls...
