I liked the wii fit. I never was the type to work out, but i wanted to gain some better habits. When i heard about the wii fit i thought it would be a good way to get me into working out with out all the turn offs. Wii fit does a good job distracting you , making work seem like a game helps ALOT. First time i used it i didn't even realize how much time had actually passed. At the time i didn't think it was doing anything for me, body wise , but the next day I was so sore! The downsides that i noticed were...the only multi-player game is jogging, but they are only seen as a guest & no graphs...
