We purchased our computer a couple of months ago and I have had no problems with at all. Everything is very easy to put together and understand when your not the most computer-literate person. My sister-in-law also owns one just like mine and she loves her just as much as I love mine. We purchased a different kind of computer at work and we are constantly having problems with them. I am so glad I chose Dell and will always stick with them for my computer needs.
