DIRECTV

DIRECTV programing and quality is great but the customer service

We have had DirecTV for over five years. We live in our RV full time and work and travel all over the country. When we first got the service they did not want us moving our dish and gave us a very hard time about living all over the country. I won't bore you with the details but it was enough to make you want to use another company. About 3 years ago we bought a dish for our internet thru a company that works with DirectTV. Again we had some problems with moving the dish but not as much! Now we see that DirectTV is selling movable dishes to mount on your RV, I guess we were ahead of the times.... review »
