Direct TV

I recently switched to Direct TV after a really horrible experience with Dish Network. It took almost a month to get an installation date, but I attribute that the change to digital TV in 2009. The installer that came to my house was from the East St. Louis area, working in Springfield to help the installers there complete all of their jobs. He brought a trainee with him that was also from East St. Louis. They were both very friendly and the main installer was extremely knowledgeable about the Direct TV system.
