I checked online for a printed vinyl banner for an upcoming craft fair for my soap business, www.prairiebellasoaps.com, and found www.halfpricebanners.com to be the cheapest.  It was easy to make a banner on their website with their online tools, and the banner came in just a few days.  It is beautiful!! And cheap!! And it is well made and heavy duty, with the metal grommets along the top and bottom edges.  Love it!!
