I adopted both my girls, so breast feeding was not option.  So I was glad to find and use the Playtex Premium Nursers.  The Nursers were made of high quality and were able to be used by both girls, which made the cost minimal for when my second daughter was adopted.  Yes, there is an extra cost for the liners, but I felt by having this system of using drop-in liners made cleaning a breeze.  I also felt by using a fresh liner for each feeding meant that the bottles I used were always sanitized.  I'm still loving this product and would recommend it to anyone.
