I ordered a graduate textbook online on August 14.  My credit card was charged the following day and the confirmation I received said I would receive the book between August 25th and August 25th.  OK.....  It took 11 days for the book to be shipped.  ELEVEN DAYS!!!!  Now it will be an additional 4-8 days or up to 12 days (so they say) before I'll actually get the book.  I have five chapters due in less than a week.  Now I'll have to go to the campus bookstore to buy the book anyway, thus making this "half price" plan cost me 1-1/2 times the cost of the book.  My credit card company...
