Nautilus NE3000

great machine to workout on

regulary work with exercise equipment, occassional gym goer

The Nautilus NE 2000 and NE 3000 are great machines. Both machines are nearly identical give or take a couple of features. (ex: the NE 3000 is self powered while the NE 2000 requires a power cord to operate) On short workouts, the machine could provide a little more resistance, but on a normal workout, the resistance levels are more than enough to work the body hard.
