I have been trying new salons, as my regular stylist has retired. I went to California Cuts a few months ago, for a haircut. I spent 45 minutes looking thru magazines and books, for the cut I wanted. I showed it to the stylist and she said she could do it, I asked if she wanted the book to go by and she said no. Needless to say, my cut looked nothing like the picture.

That is not the worst of it. My daughter had gotten married 4 days before, and had given me a beautiful necklace, as my mother of the bride gift. The stylist cut the chain in half and all she had to say was " oops, my scissors must...
