I've always had migraines. Doctors put me on several different kinds of prescription medications and it seemed like nothing helped. During one of these episodes, I was at Walmart. I immediately went to the pain reliever section and found a product called Excedrin Migraine Meltaways. I bought them and once I was in my car, I took two of them. This migraine still lingered, but I was able to drive, which is more than what I would have been able to do with any other medication. Every since then, I've bought them for my migraines.
