I have to say that I had hesitated to apply to BYU.  I wasn't sure if I wanted to leave California, go to a religious school, or start off at a University as opposed to a Community College.  I applied anyway, got in, and decided to take my chances.  I absolutely loved it.  I had some of the best experiences of my life, met lifelong friends and had a great education to go along with it.  Compared to all of the other campuses I have ever visited, BYU was so clean and tidy.  To go with that, the clean atmosphere didn't only have to do with the trash being picked up and the lawn being mowed,...
