I am a neat freak that suffers from indoor allergies & my hubby got me this vacuum when we moved to Upstate New York. I love it!!! I was concerned about the heafty price tag, but it was well worth it! The machine is very durable and performs great. I vacuum at least 2 times a week - I have a 2,000 square foot home- mostly covered in carpet!!! But it works jut as well on my tile & hardwood floors. The telescoping arm is great for the stairs - NO MORE LUGGING A MACHINE & TRYING TO SIMULTANEOUSLY BALANCE IT ON A STEP!
