While this sweetener certainly functions well-it doesn't mix in to ANYTHING very well.  I put this in piping hot coffee and when I got to the bottom of the cup, there was globs of it on the bottom.  It was good, I'm not sure I'd pay any more for this than something like sweet n low.  No reason to change here other than maybe saving some money on my current sweetener.  Also, this is more like sugar leaving the film feeling on your teeth.
