    Takes them forever to "fix" any problem
    pick up things fast, pc-user, value conscious, expecting the computer to work right, appreciative of good service, practical, a pet owner, not rich

    I bought a Brand new Dell. Within a month, it wouldn't turn on. I was using DSL and still paying for it. It took them about 2 months to finally just give me a new tower, because my other one wouldn't work. They sent a guy out to my house 4 times with different and same parts, still nothing. When I was on the phone with them and getting the new tower sent to my house, they told me they were sending a refurbished one. I told them, no way.
