THe city was very beautiful, but I experienced a lot of rude people. A friend almost got hit by a taxi cab when she had the right of way in the cross walk. I went into a store to buy something and the cashier snatched the money from my hand, never greeted me, said thank you or anything. THe police were very friendly and helpful! CHeap, good food! Streets very clean!
