Going Native is a company located in California which focuses on prepared Indian curries. They have several different varieties, including pumpkin curry, potato and bamboo shoots curry, and my favorite, the Green Vegetable curry.

Most prepared meals have, at best, bits of vegetation. The quality of stuff that you'd find in the bargain section of the supermarket. Serviceable, but hardly gourmet.
