    wonderful flavor without the bite

    this wine is a very light and crisp flavor without being overbearing in any form. It has a light golden color and a slight bite to the sent. The flavor starts a bit harsh, and instantly mellows into a light flavor. Excellent with a heavier dinner like pasta or pasta.
