They did not offer combo boxes like Charter where it was the DVR and a DVD player. They were booked two weeks out to come and install and it took them forever to find the right line and they charge you an arm and a leg for an extra DVR box where cable did not do that. We had to go with them since the cable company was out of DVR boxes and since we had two satelite dishes on top of our house we figured why not or at least till cable can get us a box.
