AT&T - Motorola RAZR V3XX Cell Phone

I love this phone so much! I also got it for free with at&t. They had a special going on and I was able to get it. My boyfriend as the V3 and we compared phones. The camera on the V3xx is easily much better than the V3. The only con is that the V3xx is thicker than the regular V3.
