This products is the best out there, yes it can be harsh at first, but it does get easier day after day. I really like the vanilla mint flavor, it is much smoother than some of the other flavors. The best part is, that it does what it says. My mouth feels so clean and my breath is alot better now that i use it every day. To get a really clean mouth rinse with it just before bed.
