Although this had a bad rap of effects (the runs, oily discharge, etc.) I have only good results with Alli. I have already lost 15 pounds in 5 weeks with the pill. This pill is not a "magic bullet" but helps me maintain my fat intake with every meal. If you do go over the limit (usually 15 grams a fat) you will have treatment effect....see above.
