Inept and rude: these two words best describe the CCO Mortgage experience. They twice failed to submit the necessary yearly homeowners insurance payment which comes out of my mortgage, despite the fact that I called them repeatedly to remind them and ensure they had the correct address (they had the address, they just chose to send the payment to the wrong one).
