I had a terrible experience in Ft Lauderdale, Flordia on July 16th at about midnight. I was told when I picked up the vehicle that the standard size vehicle I had reserved for me and my husband (both in our 20's) was not available and there was a mini-van in it's place. We expressed our un-happness about the vehicle to the rental agent. She told us either we take the van or pay an upgrade for an SUV or convertible mini-cooper.
