Weight Watchers is a great program because it makes you realize how many calories you're eating that really don't satisfy you. Like nibbling while cooking, eating the kids leftovers, butter on veggies, etc. What I loved about this program is that you don't restrict yourself from anything. If you want to eat pizza or chocolate or ice cream, you can. You just have to fit it in. It really works and it's much more practical than other diets that are unrealistic with the food restrictions they want you to make.
