— Okay I must tell you first thing that I am one of the 'flossing Nazis' yes I am a dental hygienist.  Ok with that out of the way, I must tell you I use this on all of my patients and myself.  Rarely do I have it shred even in between the tightest teeth (my patients are always saying they have tight teeth, few REALLY do).  Teeth should be snug together!  anyways, this floss removes much more plaque than the 'famous' glide floss and it does not cut the tissue if you accidentally slip, Glide tends to do that. This floss leaves a good taste too, refreshing!
