    These shoes promise a workout while you're wearing them - they seem to be the latest trend!  They've promised stronger calf muscles and thighs.....I'm not sure my legs have gotten stronger, but they have definitely helped alleviate my RLS at night.  I highly recommend these shoes to anyone who has problems like restless leg!
