Weight Watchers is the greatest...I hesitate to call it a diet...it is more a lifestyle change. This program teaches you to make better decisions and changes the way you view food and how it relates to your life. They recommend that you lose about two pounds per week, but that can be tweaked. I use the point system...there is nothing that I cannot have. The weekly meetings are very helpful and it is not a bunch of fat people sitting around complaining.
