I like the chance to try southern cooking in a quick sandwich. It is crispy (but not to) has the right amount of flavor. A change from burgers all the time. Is pretty filling too. I am usually with my grandchildren when eating at McDonalds, while they are enjoying their happy meals, and playing on the playgrounds, I can relax and have some southern fried chicken. The chicken is not dry like most quick sandwiches are. I was quite surprised by the flavor and have tried them several (too many lol) times.
