I love the Env2, it is very user friendly.  The keyboard makes texting very quick and easy, especially with two teenagers.  I also love the fact that I can check my email while on the go and if needed I can look any information I may need up on the web from wherever I am.  I do not have the reception problems that I have had with every other cell phone I have owned, this one does not cut in and out during conversations.  The menu is easy to navigate and there are many options to choose from.  It more that meets my needs, I don't need every bell and whistle it has, but I have never been more...
