I own a Motorola Razr. I am very disappointed with the design flaws of this phone and the fine print which helps hide the known flaws. When I called and complained about the problem the company told me they knew of this , but you aren't supposed to put the phone in your pocket. Thats how the dust gets underneath the screen. I found this out after paying a whopping $231.00 for the phone. A responsible business would not  collect that much money, knowing that this was a major design flaw.
