After 6 years of having Capital One Visa-No Hassle Rewards card, I'm closing my account.  Because I normally pay my balance in full each month, I don't pay attention to fees and policies on late payments.  I paid one payment online ONE HOUR late a few months ago.  I knew I'd get hit with interest and I paid it.  However, the next month I got hit with interest again on all of my charges even though I paid in full and early.  I called and was told that's their policy--2nd month is charged interest no matter what.  I asked to speak to someone who might have authority to waive this interest given...
