Everyone keeps asking if I'm on a diet! I am disabled so I cannot exercise much. I love my coffee with a biscotti and have lost over 10 pounds JUST FROM TAKING THIS DAILY VITAMIN. If you're trying to lose weight I would include this vitamin in my diet!
