I started having problems with this computer right before the warranty was up, like days before, but I was too busy and missed my last day to call Dell to complain.
When the warranty is up, so is the customer support. They basically told me "Better luck next time." I went back to HP!!!!!!! Dell probably should have never entered the personal PC arena and stuck to their business systems; apparently they don't crash too much.
The local library had 5 computers like mine and now they only have 3. The head librarian said that she had the same problems as I did and no better luck with customer...
