    I personally think that your weight loss plan is decent. It doesn't help you too accomlish your goal of loosing weight at all because you eat more then just one. But the one good thing about this plan is that is is only 90 calories, but once again a bad thing is that it is hard to have one then sit them down. I think you should add some more items that are not as good and that are more full filling, and longer lasting.
