If you want more back problems, then buy this bed.

We had the same problem. We call the company in and they evaluated the mattress with some string and a ruler. After they took all kinds of measurements, they said that there was nothing wrong with the mattress. Then we showed him how the mattress was actually tilted toward the middle of the bed with a long piece of thin wood. After hearing and seeing our complaints they gave us a credit for the mattress. However, we had to buy from the same manufacturer. It has since been a year and even with the new mattress we are stll having the same issues. We are always waking up with back problems.
