The TomTom One is a very complicated device that would not be friendly to a tech challehged person. It usually gets me to the area i need to be in but no the exact pin point location. Screen is way to small and hard to insert or type in text. I would not recommend this product to anybody, it was a waste of money and a hassle to use.
