Its the most comfortable mattress i ever had, i had back pain so i bought this new mattress and it helped me a lot.The mattress is so comfortable. There is no pressure on my back at all. I've had hip injuries and it is about time I sleep in comfort. Tempur-Pedic isn't for everyone which is why you are told to sleep on the bed for at least a month before calling to have it returned. I never experienced any need to get used to the mattress
