Overall, I'd say the Verizon wireless service is the best in many areas of service and improves each year. I first started service with Verizon back in 1997. It was one of a few services offered here. I had tried two other services prior to that and the cell sites were not plentiful.  There was on occasion, "dead zones" and I faithfully reported these spots to Verizon. I was persistant in the reports because that encouraged then to add more cell sites quicker.  It took almost a year, but they rectified the situation.
