My husband and I are desperate to get out of Bank of America but continue to be frustrated by Bank of America's incompetent customer service that first wouldn't help us resolve a problem, and now won't help us close our accounts to get away from the problem. They have three times in one year charged us for fees incorrectly. Yes, the fees were eventually removed, but only after multiple phone conversations. We've tried going to the branch in-person, where at least the people are nicer, but the ridiculous system BOA has set up doesn't let live in-person bankers conduct some transactions! Back to...
