The American Express Platinum card is a great card for travelers, especially those busienss travelers like me.  I often travel around the country and and and I find that the card is very useful when traveling. . . . . . . When going to the airport just show your american express platinum card to many airport lounges and avoid the rif-raff.  They usually offer better / faster wireless internet access than the standard, usually over 10-20MB in the lounges.  Just bring your laptop and surf away for free.   I also use my american express platinum card at hotels, airport kiosks and car rentals. ...
