Kayak.com was introduced to me some years ago by a friend and i was skeptical. What is this obscure site? But since then, it has become my "goto" place for searching for flight deals. It even has recently become an option for locating hotels in the correct vicinity of my destination. Its many searching options are helpful, though standard now on most sites. It's also nice that they search other sites for you simultaneously, to maximize your time and ability to compare prices.
