    They lure you in with a cheap rate. Then your bill creeps upwards. Why? Who knows? You can't see your bill, without paying extra. I paid the extra. They never delivered on my e-bill. So I've still never seen it. Oh, it was supposed to cost $1 to see the bill. They charged $3, then had the nerve to act surprised when I asked why. Then they hung up. There is absolutely no customer service. They only have "activation" representatives. If you can get through to their phone number, which is always "busy." Don't hold your breath, it usually takes me 20 or 30 tries to get through. Then they'll frequently...
