We thought we were getting a top of the line mattress. We bought the most expensive one they had. We started feeling like it was caving in in the middle, so we tried flipping the mattress. It didn't work, we turned the mattress over and bought a tempurpedic foam topper and it did not help. Finally we decided to try to collect on the warranty because we did not feel satisfied with this mattress. The warranty company contacted us, but gave us no phone number to contact them. Then we got a letter in the mail that said the warranty is based on manufacture defects and not comfort...review »
