Neutrogena On the Spot Acne Treatment is a great spot treatment for acne.  I use this product 2 different ways.  If I have a pimple when I wake up in the morning, I will put it on it and rub it in so the pimple and the surrounding areas get treatment.  Usually with this way, the pimple will go down a tiny bit, as is what is expected.  I would never expect an acne treatment to make a pimple go away a lot within a few hours.  If I am using it at night, I wash my face and put a good amount on each pimple.  I do not rub it in and let it dry on my face and go to sleep.  Usually, this way works...
