I bought the machine at Lowes with the warranty. The salesperson told me that everything is covered under the warranty except cosmetice damage aand light bulbs. It workes woderfully for almost a year. Water started pooring out from the bottom. The tech came out and told me it was not covered unless you have the extended warranty.
