appreciative of good customer service, have aches and pains, brand conscious, love a good scent, willing to pay more for quality, a creature of comfort, don't sleep well, impressed with good quality

I hate it when a bed is to soft, It makes me feel like Im getting swallowed by it and then you have to fight to it of bed! This mattress is the prefict soft be for me its not to soft but still the most comfortable mattress I ever had!
