I am a person who never liked vegetables. Potatoes and lettuce are as close as I get to healthy. At 40 years old, I noticed I would get sick more often than others, and the doctor kept advising me to "eat better". I'm sorry, but I just DON'T LIKE vegetables!!! Eating them will do not good if I can't swallow them! I started using Juice Plus and already feel healthier. People have commented I look "younger" and "more alert". I feel that however much is in these tablets is better than none at all.
