It used to be that there were 5% rewards cards out there, but one by one they limited the amount you could earn annually (usually $300). Then, the 5% itself began to disappear. It's rare now to get rewards over 1%, and even rarer to get unlimited rewards.
There are a couple cards out there which offer 1% for the first $1500, then an inflated amount thereafter, but by their definition of what is eligible for the high reward level, SuperWalmart, SuperTarget, Kroger--indeed any national grocier--is ineligible.
